- Review and Update Consultant's ABC Waters Features Concept Designs and Stormwater Strategy
- Prepare Concept Design Proposals
- Produce Detailed Engineering Design Drawings
- Assist with DC/authority submission, Tender documents (drawings and specification)
- Preparation/ Review of Mock-up Design and Shop Drawings prepared by Subcontractors
- Developing Schemes and Concepts and 3D visualization, Interior Design
- Design development, Site visits, and Consultations
- Coordination of work with consultants & contractors
- Issuing good for construction (GFC) drawings
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients/Consultants/Contractors
- Develop and review of company BIM standard
- Review/check the quality of BIM models, Conduct BIM coordination meetings
- Prepare Shop Drawings, and review clash detection with Archi, Structural, and MEP discipline
- Provide suggestions and coordination with the respective consultant
