• Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper function and monitors against approved benchmarks to include; ACMV, Lighting, Security, Fire Alarm system, Power Generation, Plumbing, and Electrical.
• Receive and respond to tenant reports of mechanical or maintenance issues on their premises
• Check functionality and monitor the building chiller systems.
• Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS field devices.
• To maintain and service air conditioning units such as wall mounted unit, Ahu, Fcu and ect.

according to schedule or if required

• Responsible of the monitoring of fire alarm activation, gas alarm activation, water leak detection within the Mall and Office premises.
• Maintains and service Fire Protection system - Sprinkler System, Fire Alarm System
• Monitor of the maintenance work like as smoke detector. Fire suppression in the kitchen,

air detector and heat detector that regarding fire alarm system in the BMS monitoring system.

• Responsible of the monitoring kitchen exhaust fan, water pump, booster pump of the chilled water supply.
• Providing electrical trouble shooting, plumbing, air-conditioning and the whole pertaining building maintenance
• Maintains Sanitary and Sewage Pump Systems.
• Maintains and repair the Carpark Systems.
• Inspected and tested machinery and equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Completed daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Performed minor wall repair to maintain walls, including installing drywall and repairing and applying wallpaper.
• Maintained documentation for areas such as orders, activities, schedules and employee performance.
• Informed supervisors when machines needed major services.
• We have a fire drill testing and fire alarm testing every month for the policy of civil defense. Also all elevator to be monitored to provide facilities support pertaining to environment, health and safety and life safety system so as ensure continuous supply of utilities at the required performance level.
