Perform basic project engineering functions involving monitoring of progress, preparation of procedures, documentation of communications and meetings, and identification/evaluation of project issues and problems. • Co-ordinating Point of Contact between the Customers and Internal department for project Management activities for the Customers below • Saudi Aramco (KSA) & Middle east Region – EPCC projects & Traders/MRO order • EPC's Handled- JGC Gulf Engineering, Sinopec Engineering Group Saudi, Alkhathlan Company,Pall corporation, Veolia, B.R CAT, Zeeco Middle east limited, Gas Arabia, Al azzaz Steel & Pipes, Kents Limited, Nesma & Partners Contracting, Target Construction Saudi Company, Nan Tech Limitedetc., • Handled direct orders (Traders/MRO) – Basically booked in 9COM and 9CAT format. 9COM means project order and 9CAT means catalog items to directly communicate with end user Saudi Aramco company. • Support creation and coordination of overall project plans and schedules, and monitoring activities, progress, and milestones against the plans. • Review the customer specification and communicate the technical requirement of the project to all stakeholders. • Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documents to the client for approval. • Participate in pre-inspection meeting with the client and end-user prior to the fabrication activities. • Respond to technical clarifications and make arrangements to attend technical discussions depending upon the requirement of the project. • Coordinate with multifunctional teams to resolve product related issues. • Handle technical and commercial queries from client. • Provide technical solutions for customer issues and deal with any unexpected cost during the order execution Work closely with Supply Chain and Logistics to optimize solutions and costs. • Ensuring Castings Pouring Plan & Fabrication Process receipt by Submitting monthly progress report to the customer at beginning of every month. • Active Co-ordination with clients, suppliers/vendors, and Third-Party Inspection Agencies. • Coordinate with TPI agencies and raise RFI, obtain IR and ensure IRN for the cleared valves.
i have two years of work experience in L&T valves, therefore i had worked as a project engineer and taking care of entire saudi aramco project
i have completed my UG degree in bachelor of engineering (K ramakrishanan college of technology in trichy in the year f 2019, i did my schooling at laurel higher secondary school pattukkottai.
