My name is Viki, and I am 23 years old. I have 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the food industry, where I developed strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of compliance and documentation processes.

Recently, I gained experience as an HR Assistant in a Chinese company, where I handled HR administrative tasks such as documentation, attendance tracking, onboarding and offboarding, resume screening, job posting, and interview coordination.

• Maintain and update employee attendance data and leave records in HR databases.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume sourcing & screening (JobStreet), scheduling interview, offer preparation, and onboarding.

• Support daily office operations, including equipment maintenance, filing systems, stationary orders, and invoice claims.
