• First day orientation for staff / safety induction for new workers
• Daily toolbox meeting and highlighting of safety hazards to management and workers
• Daily inspection to identify and rectify any unsafe acts
• Conduct relevant job safety analysis and briefing of on-site workers

• Conducting internal audits on subcontractors’ documentation that is in compliance with the company’s safety management system.
• Conducting Mass tool box meeting via briefing, videos and training skid
• Preparation of Safety Induction course materials
• Preparation of Corrective Action, Preventive Action Report
• Supervise and guide WSHCs under my charge
• Conduct regular trainings to construction team disciplines on a regular basis.
