Grab Holdings Inc. May 2023 – Present

Data Analytics Intern, People Analytics

• Utilised SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel to perform Data Extraction, Cleaning and Analysis of relevant people data from data warehouses
• Communicated with stakeholders from 3 different teams to understand concerns and pain points regarding Grab’s current presentation of survey data 
• Created and maintained new dashboards using Microsoft Power BI to present survey results of company’s H1 2023 People Team Survey

Service Excellence & Optimisation (SEO) Intern

• Performed Data Extraction and Cleaning on more than 700 of Grab Financial Group’s disposition and tagging list to enhance business process for Grab Support (GS) agents
• Held biweekly meetings with GS Country Heads to update on project progress and future steps
• Organised 5 workshops with GS Country Heads to define the most cost-saving workload migration for Grab Support agents
• Created dynamic dashboards and Heatmaps on Google Sheets to present GrabFood’s Merchant-related data to stakeholders

• Handled changes in project scope, identified potential crises and devised contingency plans
