Sing & San (Accounts Assistant Intern) 

• Assist manager in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Generate cash flow statements for the respective months

STMicroelectronics (HR Assistant) 

• Partnered with two other management teams to coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding processes
• Achieved performance appraisals by working with supervisors to attain consistency and compliance with established procedures
• Initiated to propose one alternative method to improve efficiency of hiring process and offer assistance to other colleagues in HR department to gain more experience
• Responded to inquiries by answering telephones calls, in-person questions and emails and screened multiple resumes to select potential candidates and arranged interviews

Grab (Telesales agent)

• Brought forth strong public speaking skills and proper phone etiquette
• Completed daily cold calling and outreach to build sales pipeline and generated an average of 70 outbound and inbound calls daily
• Troubleshooted problems for callers and helped resolve common issues. Brought forth application problems to manager with a proposed solution and improved sign-up system
• Liaised with external company SMRT consisting of 10+ staffs along with manager overseeing process of settling leads for Grab X SMRT onboarding for 2 months and prepared weekly report using PowerPoint for manager regarding onboarding leads
