Experience
Built up the electrical system (Power & Signal) of the AV bus by adhering with project requirements, sensor limitations, and AV architecture. Knowledge of communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, Serial, CAN.
Closely collaborated and liaised with various stakeholders to troubleshoot major and minor hardware issues pertaining to the AV bus- Lidar, Radar, Camera, GNSS, 4G, vehicle control, PCs etc.
Possess practical hands-on experience working on the AV bus, including designed harness, routing and laying, real-time troubleshooting of issues, retrofitting, testing, and commissioning of harnesses.
Ensured traceability and documentation of the electrical system by frequently updating wiring diagrams, harness drawings, BOM lists, test procedures, hardware-software interface, power distribution etc.
Spearheaded the overall development of the Data Acquisition System, managing project timelines, integrating hardware and software, implementation of “Smart Recording”, “Synchronised viewer”, and “Drowsiness Detection” functionalities.
