Focal point for all packaging artwork adaptation and designs

Working closely with the team to understand the changes required on the artwork packaging.
Coordinate with external design agencies and print agencies on artwork revisions and mock-up creations.
Preparation and circulation of updated artwork packaging into the OpenText system.
Follow up closely with various departments to better understand each project brief and to ensure timelines are met.
Key checker for approved artworks, before handing over approved set to Product Development
Prepare monthly reports of artwork projects
Assist in annual budgeting
Reviewing and evaluating the services of outsourced service providers
Sourcing for new design agencies for future collaborations.
Be able to guide new colleagues on the artwork process.
Any other projects / assignments as advised by the team
