Johnson & Johnson – Supply Chain Innovation and Deployment Team • (May 2022 – Current)
Involved in a project automating product labelling and built a perception pipeline to detect free spaces on medical products through semantic segmentation. Automated image augmentation and mask segmentation for database creation. Automated image preprocessing from real-time input with realsense cameras to be inferenced by trained model. Currently implementing the system onto an Omron Vision System for distribution.
Involved in a cloud robotics project which automates product movement in a warehouse through fleet management. Developed a perception pipeline on ROS to classify between different products with real time object detection. Implemented using Machine Learning Models (YOLOV6). Configured real sense camera for real time 3D object detection with point cloud. Configured ROS nodes for communication through services to yield 3D pose results. Configured data matrix/barcode detection to identify specific products. Configured Moveit packages and implemented moveit to automate pick and place operations. Configured hardware such as realsense camera, TechMan and Universal robots, MIR and Omron AGV robots.
