I am an HSE Leader of more than 15 years, ultimately gaining experience in HSE Management System, ISO/OHSAS certification, Crisis & Continuity Management, Business Continuity Management and Sustainability at a variety of levels. I have a solid, verifiable track record for successfully leading teams in delivering HSE programs and targets. I work well in a matrix organisational structure which allows close engagement with my stakeholders.

• Functional Head for Pavilion Energy overseeing HSE and Crisis Management for the Group
• Head of Department at Oiltanking Asia Pacific accountable for the HSSEQ program at its three chemical and petroleum terminals in Singapore, as well as the regional head office
• Developed and implemented 5-year HSEQ Strategic Roadmap to deliver measurable improvements in HSE performance across 17 locations for AICA operations in Asia Pacific
• Established and aligned Business Continuity and Sustainability Roadmap for AICA with that of its corporate headquarters 
• Lloyd’s Register Area Management Team steering HSE and sustainability performance of 500 employees across 18 offices located in Southeast Asia and Australasia 
• Led Southeast Asia-South cluster HSSE team in supporting the implementation of Shell HSSE & SP Control Framework for Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) business
• Managed Shell Learning from Incident program for LSC Asia Pacific region 
• Supporting the Regional Business Leader, was the functional expert for HSSE and Crisis Management for BP IST operations in the Eastern Hemisphere region
• Undertook Emergency Response and Crisis Management roles at various companies
