Responsibility

• Managing daily accounting transactions, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Reconciling bank statements and verifying bank deposits and payments for accuracy
• Handling the purchase and registration of office assets and managing processes related to vehicle rentals and new office room rentals
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management with accurate and timely financial information
• Performing accounts payable duties, such as processing payments and ensuring proper supporting documents for payment approvals
• Preparing employee monthly attendance reports and calculating payroll
• Answering and attending to calls, redirecting them to relevant staff members, taking messages, and handling mailings
• Performing ad-hoc accounting and finance responsibilities as required
• Generating and issuing invoices to customers for completed projects or services, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts

I finished Bachelor of Arts in English , Diploma in Accounting and business (ACCA Part 1) and JOB TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTANT (SINGAPORE).My language proficiency includes an intermediate level in English, N4 level in Japanese and fluent in Tamil.
