Coordination with airlines and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of cargo.
Management of cargo inventory and tracking of shipments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Compliance with relevant regulations and procedures related to cargo transportation, including customs regulations and safety guidelines.
Handling of customer inquiries and resolution of issues related to cargo transportation.
Oversight of cargo loading and unloading processes, ensuring proper handling and documentation of shipments.
Collaboration with other departments within the airline, including ground operations and customer service, to ensure seamless and coordinated service to customers.
Use of specialized software and technology to manage cargo operations, including cargo management systems and tracking software.
O level may not be a requirement for all careers, it provides a strong foundation of knowledge and skills that can be applied in various fields.
