I have more than 2 years‘ experience in 3rd party logistics company. My main responsibilities are to support both commercial team to get the business and the operation team to maintain & improve current operation. About 2 years ago, I had the opportunity to join DHL Supply Chain and act as both project lead and OMS Champion, I had strong interest in OMS role. Hope to get the opportunity to join back DHL and support OMS team.

• Understand warehouse daily operation process;
• Experience in project implementation;
• Ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Know how to initiate CIPs and the way to convince the team
