Job Position : Post-Master Researcher

• Perform molecular and immunological testing (PCR, ELISA, gel electrophoresis) in accordance with laboratory SOPs to support clinical diagnostics and research activities
• Support pre-analytical and analytical workflows, including specimen processing, reagent preparation, technical validation, and documentation 
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuity of testing

• Operated and maintained automated analyzers including Cobas 6000, Sysmex XN-1000TM Hematology analyzer, Cobas u411, Sysmex CA 600
• Monitored daily IQC and EQA samples analysis and results reporting
• Prioritized STAT, urgent, and routine samples to meet turnaround time requirements 
• Informed critical results immediately to clinical staff and documented in LIS
• Assisted the laboratory manager in incident investigation, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) for improving quality in the laboratory
