Hi, I'm Yili. I have 3 years of Human Resources Experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Engagement. A little about myself, I'm a coffee and tea lover. I enjoy cycling in my free time.

I'm currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Sumitomo Corporation Asia & Oceania Pte Ltd, a trading company. Previously I was a Human Resource Intern turned Executive at NTT Ltd. The scope I'm handling includes and not limited to Talent Acquisition for sales and business development and corporate functions, as well as employee relations, engagement and others.

Graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor in Engineering back in 2015. To master my proficiency in the HR field, I have taken up a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources recently.
