I have lived in Australia for many years, which has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English-speaking environments. I am also fluent in the Teochew dialect.
I am able to switch quickly between English and Mandarin in real-time conversations and remain calm and professional under pressure. I am comfortable handling customer interactions, live conversations, and written communication. I am looking for a remote role where I can use my bilingual skills to support customers or provide accurate language assistance.
