Freelance professional with hands-on experience in the logistics sector at J&T Express Singapore, where I supported warehouse and administrative operations. Gained practical exposure to inventory handling, shipment coordination, documentation, and basic administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated strong work ethic, adaptability, and attention to detail while working collaboratively with operations teams to ensure efficient daily workflows.

This experience strengthened my organizational, time-management, and operational support skills, providing a solid foundation for entry-level or internship opportunities.

Completed SPM / O-Level at SMK SETA, Johor Bahru, followed by a Certificate in Business Management from PSB Academy. Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Analytics, developing strong analytical, business, and data-driven decision-making skills in preparation for real-world industry experience.
