The emergence of various meat and dairy substitutes, coupled with the disruption of the animal agriculture supply chains during the pandemic has highlighted the importance of finding alternative sustainable protein sources. Being an individual passionate about nutrition, I strongly believe that the food sustainability industry, infused with technology and automation has plenty of potential for growth.
