Senior Process Engineer

• Process lead for VIM (Vacuum Injection Molding) & Spray Coating
• Defining process specifications and work instruction, formulate processes control plan and procedure.
• Work with NPD team and vendors to carry out tooling bring-up, qualification and buyoffs
• Resolved issues relating to process and manufacturing during design phase 
• Troubleshoot process related problems, conduct failure analysis and conduct continuous improvement to achieve yield, quality and cost goal

Associate Test Engineer

• Perform hands-on assembly, set-up, calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and 

1. diagnosing diverse technical problems that occur during optics-related (lenses, 
2. lasers, etc) manufacturing and installation of KLA-Tencor products.

• Coordinate or perform rework on optics sub-assemblies and/or systems as a result 

1. of testing.

• Assists in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment and test processes.
• Assists in improving design and/or manufacturing processes.

• Design and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and/or production equipment. 
• Data trending analysis to address yield, quality and maintain SPC control chart.

Field Application Engineer

• In charge of technical and marketing support in SEA Region.Responsible for designing in register-able and associated products, providing technical advice and support to the customer base.
• Design-in of Broadcom PHY, Ethernet controller, Ethernet switch, Metro Ethernet switch, Wifi and Bluetooth products. - Market research (Vietnam & Indonesia) for Broadcom products.

• Member of the development team, responsible for feasibility study, conceptual design, development, evaluation, fabrication, integration and commissioning of cost effective assembly tooling, mechanical fixture for test equipment and material handling systems.
• Provide equipment support for new NPI equipment and secondary support to PEM for existing equipment.
• Plan, organize, coordinate and implement project in timely manner to ensure schedule and requirements are met.
• Coordinate & liaise with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of purchase/fabrication parts and meeting our requirements/specifications.
• Recommend improvement in term of concept/method and provide solutions to the present manufacturing system.
