Producing Intern for Big 3 Media
Pre - Production: Handled communications with multiple clients for different projects at the same time, and arranged meetings with production crew and clients. Did location scouting and compiled information for delegation to the production crew. as well as handled wardrobe scouting. I arranged overall timelines for projects, established deadlines, and made call sheets for production
Production: Was a food runner for the production crew, and production assistant on set, helping to arrange frames, help actors, unload and load equipment, as well as any ad-hoc tasks given to me. Maintained effective communication with crew members even in large venue.
Post- Production: Handled reimbursements, receipts and invoices as well as updating databases.
