My name is Yuan Hao,I have ten years of experience in plastic mold making industry, involving in mold design manufacturing, testing and trouble-shooting processes. I have good knowledge and know-how in the design of cosmetic mold and precision mold. I am able to work independently and confidently to complete the given assignments.

• Performed plastic mold design, to support sister companies in

China and Philippines for mold fabrication.

• Generate 3D mold design, 2D mold layout, 2D parts drawing and BOM.
• Conduct new product design reviews and provide DFM to customers.
• Work closely with the project, mold design & QA teams on mold design requirements.
• Communicate with China mold makers on mold fabrication, adjustment and approval.
• Support sister companies on product design & mold design improvements, and production yield improvement.
• Joined China sister company (Oct 2020 to Jun 2021) to train on plastic molding process and solving molding problems.
