• Process Owner Electrofill Copper Deposition & PVD TaNTa & Copper Seed Process.
• Advise Shift Process Engineer on lot disposition, parameter tuning and on the necessary procedure to be followed in the event of abnormality.
• Perform internal administrative documentation work involve module/tool such setting up DPQ System for Module Qualification, PCMS for request involving Automation, CRB request for any material change or recipe transfer with management and QA.
• Daily SPC (Statistical Process Chart), FDC (Fault Detection Chart), ESTAR alarm monitoring, retargeting and set up.
• Work together with Equipment Owner to improve module's performance, cost and uptime.
• Lead and advice technician and operation on SOP of tool/module
