Advise Shift Process Engineer on lot disposition, parameter tuning and on the necessary procedure to be followed in the event of abnormality.
Perform internal administrative documentation work involve module/tool such setting up DPQ System for Module Qualification, PCMS for request involving Automation, CRB request for any material change or recipe transfer with management and QA.
Daily SPC (Statistical Process Chart), FDC (Fault Detection Chart), ESTAR alarm monitoring, retargeting and set up.
Work together with Equipment Owner to improve module's performance, cost and uptime.
Lead and advice technician and operation on SOP of tool/module
Education
Mechanical Engineering Degree from University Technology Petronas
