● Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including scheduling,
inventory management, and customer service.
● Train and manage staff, including performance reviews and ensuring that they are adhering to store policies and procedures.
● Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
● Maintain a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff, including ensuring that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained.
● Ensure customer satisfaction through providing exceptional customer service,
handling complaints and inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.
● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
● Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure that all products are adequately stocked.
● Analyze sales data and provide reports to senior management on a regular basis.
● Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
● Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales and brand awareness.● Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
