Projects worked in Power Plant, Airport, High-rise Tower and Commercial & Office Buildings etc.
Well Experienced in Fabrication, Assembly, Inspection and Erection of Steel like Columns,
Beams in Hot Rolled and Build up sections and Duplex stainless-steel structures etc
Ability to understand and follow Quality procedures and manuals. Able to lead and coordinate team of Engineers and Quality team to achieve the objective.
Hands on experience of Pre-welding, in-process welding, post welding engineering,
Surveillance, inspection & supervision in workshop as well as in the field of all welding and variables.
Contact the Welder performance and qualification test and third-party inspection like RT, UT,
MPT and DPT.
Familiar with the Codes and Standards like AWS, BS EN and ISO 9001 procedures.
Monitor & arrange calibration Equipment for External Calibration and maintain Calibration
Master List.
Provide regular Quality performance feedback (measured against set indicators) and NonConfirming Reporting to the management.
