My role supported co-founder relations with investors serving as a liaison with clear and concise communication. I also supported in delivering written and communications within the team and externally with clients and overseeing and coordinating meetings. Working in a close team further improved interpersonal skills such as effective negotiation and communication and critical thinking skills for problem solving to overcome challenges as a start-up.

Recruitment Researcher and Analyst - Talentdex

My time at Talentdex was a largely independent role that encouraged a disciplined and oragnised and work ethic. I researched and filtered out candidates while looking for suitable experiences and qualifications and effectively communicating with suitable candidates I and managing candidate meetings, The role taught me the nuances of discretion in handling sensitive information and managing relations between stakeholders.

General Intern - Propnex Realty

My first summer internship taught me how to work with teams and organisations across different departments from client relations in hosting events and development sales. I also learnt how to support different departments such as marketing and operations from hosting events as well as supporting digital marketing efforts. This role also showed me the importance of an oragnised and timely work ethic.

As a comittee member, I played a supportive role in organising and managing events for student bonding and finding and engaging with alumni to share their experiences with students through organising talks and interviews to publish.
