I am currently a stay-at-home mum of 2 boys and had decided to exit the workforce 1.5 years ago to be present for both my kids and also supporting my older boy transition to Primary school.
I'm proud to share that over a decade of working in the society, connecting with people I met along the way, with my colleagues and employees, I had gained respect and trust that had helped me in my career path and built up a positive reputation of being responsible and taking pride in what I do.
I would definitely love to continue providing my HR service in terms of a full cycle of recruitment and employee engagement if opportunities arise as a freelancer, HR consultant.
Getting a Degree with Honours Upper Second Class in HR management after 10 years was hard work that has paid off since my last ITE scholarship back in 2008. The decision to pursue further studies in HR was much needed as I got to meet many other HR personnel, gained knowledge from all kinds of case studies that were shared during classes, leveraged it and applied at my workplace.
