- Managing and ensuring the correctoperation of the equipment and machinery used in the production of ice cream or chocolate products;
- Cleaning of the machines at the end of the production process according to the prescribed technological procedure;
- Ensure the production of a quality and safe product;
- Recording and correcting errors and defects in production and seeking optimisation;
- Maintain proper consumption of materials and energy on the machine/equipment.
