About the Project

You will join an internal software development team responsible for building and developing digital products, services, and platform components. The team works in an Agile environment, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver modern and scalable solutions for both customers and internal users. As a backend developer, you will be involved in the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and maintenance of backend services and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions based on technical designs
• Prepare and maintain unit tests
• Fix bugs and perform code reviews and refactoring
• Take technical ownership of selected components or modules
• Contribute to architecture improvements, technology upgrades, and reduction of technical debt
• Analyze and resolve production incidents (third-level technical support)

Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years of professional backend development experience
• Participation in at least 2 commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Effective communication skills with product owners, analysts, architects, and other developers
• Pragmatic, positive approach and ability to handle changing priorities while taking ownership of reliable solutions
