APM Digital 🦄✨We are seeking:Senior Streaming Data Engineer is responsible for designing and operating robust real-time data platforms that handle large volumes of events with low latency.
The role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership in cloud-based streaming environments.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable streaming data solutions for real-time processing.
Develop streaming applications using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink with Java.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of streaming pipelines, from design to production operations.
Build and integrate distributed data storage using NoSQL technologies.
Deploy and run streaming workloads on AWS using managed services and Kubernetes.
Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and fault tolerance of streaming systems.
Monitor production pipelines, troubleshoot incidents, and improve system resilience.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on data-driven and event-driven architectures.
Proven experience in building and operating real-time streaming systems in production.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Apache Kafka and Apache Flink (Java).
Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and stream processing concepts.
Practical experience with AWS cloud services and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
Ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance data platforms.
Senior-level mindset with ownership, problem-solving skills, and technical leadership.
English Language - upper intermediate (B2)
