Designed product UI, user flows, and prototypes for new features — translating multi-party B2B2C business constraints into usable interfaces — and produced the team's Figma business presentations and marketing assets.
• Worked AI-first — used LLMs to map journey edge cases and audit friction before designing, then again for copy and wording.

Self-directed product

• Designed and shipped my live portfolio end to end, directing an AI-assisted front-end build (responsive; light/dark; accessibility-minded).
• Instrumented it with Microsoft Clarity, read real visitor behavior, and iterated the home page — a sharper hero and a new strengths section — to land the pitch in seconds. Proof I take an idea all the way to a working product I measure and improve — not just a mockup.

• Web, app, and print design: UI layouts, brand identity, magazine layout (Financial Report), banners, newsletters, social media, and photo editing; CMS work and light HTML/CSS. Built the foundation in visual hierarchy and typography before moving into UI/UX.
