Senior Full Stack Java Spring / React.js Developer -Portugal (Relocation Required)

5+ years of experience in Java development with strong object-oriented programming skills

Solid knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot – Java 17)

Good understanding of React with TypeScript

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Knowledge of Git and Maven

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release What will your role be at SMART?

Participate in the development of a large-scale international project within the Trade Finance domain (Guarantees and Documentary Credits / Collections)

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React (TypeScript)

Maintain and evolve legacy applications, including reverse engineering to understand business rules

Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Collaborate closely with international teams and project leaders, ensuring transparency and quality delivery Why be SMART?
