Handled the Installation, testing & Pre-commissioning of following items:
- 132/6.6 KV, 6.6/0.4 KV Power Transformer, Switchgears and HV/LV motors.
- HV/LV power, control and communication cables installation, Hi-Pot testing.
- Cathodic protection system underground pipe lines and metal tanks. Installation of permanent anodes, temporary Mg anodes, Galvanic anodes, test station, AJB, NJB, MJB and positive Negative cables laying, termination, installation and connection of transformer rectifier.
- Small Power Distribution Panel, lighting system, battery bank & UPS.
- Plant earthing & lightning protection system.
- Electrical heat tracing for process area.
- OTDR test & splicing for fiber optic cable.
- Conduct material receiving inspection, Cabinet installation, junction boxes, instrument local panels, cables laying inspection and fiber optic installation inspection as per ITP.
- Instruments like Flow Transmitter, Level Transmitter, Temperature Indicator, Flow Control Valve, Solenoid Valve, Pressure Control Valve, etc.
- Paging system, plant alarm system (smoke detector, heat detector & manual call point)
- Impulse tubing by conducting high pressure test using nitrogen & check for leakage & holding pressure
- Perform surveillance of activities and ensure that all electrical, instrumentation and telecom installation were carried-out in accordance to the approved for construction drawings and specification, procedures, instruction and in compliance to the project specification and related international standard
- Installation of Produced water tank and Treated water tank with H2S Gas detector and all related instruments
- Reviewed project specification/ code requirements and their implementation on the field
- Installation & maintenance of GT LM2500
