Developing filing system to increase ability to retain and recover documents, reports and records.
Supervise and coordinate office procedures and study, evaluate and apply new work methods.
Establish priority of tasks, assign work to support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
Coordinate and plan administrative services relating to, for example, staff needs, equipment, supplies, forms.
Gather data and typing letters, manuals and periodic and special reports.

Organize internal and external meetings.
Deliver incoming mail.
Organize Business travel and hotel arrangements.

Update office policies as needed.
Translate different legal documents (contracts, agreements, MOM, etc.)
Ensure that the office is always working at top productivity – managed all mailing and shipping needs, office supplies, filing, and scanning, while always guaranteeing top-level customer service.
Daily monitoring the company website and filling it with updates and new events.
