I’m a senior manager with 25 years of experience mostly in creating, implementing, and managing factories and projects in various domains in which I deeply experienced the best practices of Lean and Process Management.

I’m a strong visionary, a strategically focused and results-driven manager who has a track record for implementing, managing, and achieving strategic goals. I have led and transformed successfully many plants with high challenges, I helped them to achieve their strategic goals and the best of their performance.

Currently, I share my expertise and know-how in favor of companies of all sizes and types, through my rich experimental experience and my in-depth theoretical knowledge.
