During a data internship at Assurances Maghrebia, I gathered data from multiple sources, cleaned and validated it, and produced recurring reports used for business decision-making — the same core workflow required to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Data Intern — Dashboards, ETL & Data Quality at Assurances Maghrebia (2026-02 – 2026-08)

• Gathered, cleaned, and validated data from multiple heterogeneous sources to build a unified customer database — preparing and validating data exactly as required for reliable reporting.
• Built an end-to-end ETL process (extraction, transformation, cleansing, deduplication, loading) and wrote SQL queries to explore data and support quality-control reporting.
• Performed exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, then investigated them down to their root cause before correction.
• Produced recurring data-quality reports and dashboards used by business teams for decision-making, ensuring accuracy and consistency over time.
• Worked directly with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear data rules and documentation — the same requirement-gathering skill needed to turn business needs into effective Power BI dashboards.
