Rami Helal

I am a mechanical engineer (MSc) with 3 years of experience in mechanical designing of products for automotive, railway, micro mobility and the medical sector.

Graduated in mechanical engineering studies , CAD-CAM specialty

In my current position as a Mechanical Design engineer, I am mainly in charge of designing automotive Embedded and diagnosis products, Micro-mobility products etc...

For that I master all different stages of the product development from the reception of the specification documents that describes the need to the mass production.

In-depth I have a good experience in designing plastic and Aluminium parts obtained from molds and sheet metal parts (Creo Parametric, currently the 3.0 version) to enclosure an electronic unit and can answer to harsh (automotive) environmental conditions. I perform different type of analysis to validate the products assembly ( Static with Creo Simulate, Thermal with Creo Simulate, Stack-up analysis, etc..). I consult the industrial team and handle the Co-Design with different suppliers to assure the DFM and the DFA.

I create the 2D drawings of the parts designed for the quality and dimensional control of the parts. And I carry out inspections on the prototypes.

Studying all aspects of designing all mechanical systems
