-Conducting business process analysis and monitoring/oversighting the different relevant ceremonies
-Designing User Stories for Developers, including functional and technical breakdowns
-Providing support to developers for implemented User Stories and collaborating on MOE/business testing
-Contributing to cross-functional studies of the IT system as a representative of the MOE team
-Regularly reporting on the progress of the MOE project team
-Monitoring the management and the prioritization of the backlog

-Worked closely with the Bank of Canada (BOC), Central Bank of Canada, as a Test Analyst.
-Engaged in client meetings to capture initial requirements and manage change requests.
-Created comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Business Solution Documents (BSDs) specifications.
-In-depth process documentation focused on the bank's specific operational flows: pools, contracts, contract types, eligible securities/borrowers.
-Solely responsible for overseeing the bank's inventory process.
Conducted various types of tests on the platform, such as regression, baseline delivery, and user rights assessments.
-Specialized in elaborating, documenting, and gathering requirements for crucial bank report generation.
-Collaborated with multiple bank departments (accounting, finance, securities, legal) to understand their needs.
-Worked closely with the IT team to execute requested functionalities using Jasper tools.
-Rigorously tested generated reports to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
