My experience includes conducting PESTEL, SWOT, and stakeholder analyses to guide strategic decisions; assessing 50+ organizational risks and 38 OHS risks; and building risk and OHS matrices with targeted mitigation plans. I also contributed to Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) aligned with ISO 22301, focusing on OHS disruptions and emergency preparedness.

I work as a business continuity specialist at an international BPO company for EMEA Region, covering business continuity plans, stockholders management and crisis management 1st responder. I worked previously at a local consulting company where I evaluated health and safety risks, company's risks while initiating the implementation of business continuity and assessed the company's environment using PESTEL, Porters five forces and Value chain analysis.
