To begin with introducing myself, my name is Sami Haouem, a young optimistic challenger, who always seeks to develop his skills in recruitment and in the human resources field, and always ready of professional experiences. With five years of studies in human resources field and having gotten recently my master's degree in human resources and skills development.
And even the experiences I've had and the knowledge I've learned in the field of HR by working in several sectors such as in a headhunting firm, in a Dutch multinational insurance company, in the banking sector, etc. Moreover, with the know-how that I could have with the help from many experts in the recruitment business by working on several profiles; from the profile of executives and middle managers to IT profiles and operational profiles by establishing telephone interviews, online and face-to-face interviews, sourcing, hunting, direct approach, notes, Inmal, use of tools like (walaxy, hotsuite, etc.)
