Assist in providing procedural and technical support to staff within the areas of finance and budget, to ensure compliance with UNIDO financial policies, rules and regulations.
Prepare and review documentation for processing of payments ensuring correctness and completeness of requirements for input to the system including propriety of charge codes, validity of contracts, leases or agreements, etc.
Verify vendor claims, advances and other receivables and observe appropriate procurement procedures, to ensure that suppliers are paid in a timely manner and in conformance with UNIDO finance rules and regulations.

Organize data and filling system to maintain record in accordance with UNIDO rules and regulations.
