Java Developer (Mid-Level)

We're Hiring: Java Developer

Location: Hybrid – Istanbul/Ankara or Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Level: Mid-Level (3+ years experience)

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing software team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly available and resilient applications. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data JPA/JDBC, Hibernate
• Strong knowledge of Redis and Kafka
• Solid experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Experience with MongoDB is required
• Proficient in multithreading and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with web services such as REST and SOAP
• Comfortable working within Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Willingness to be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, debugging, etc.)
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Actively using AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, etc.) to improve productivity and code quality
