Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development,
• Hands-on experience in projects developed with Client-Server architecture,
• Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, JPA/Hibernate frameworks and Maven,
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles,
• Preferably knowledgeable in payment systems and/or core banking domains,
• Experience in RESTful services, microservices architecture, and API development,
• Familiarity with version control systems (preferably Git),
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.),
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix environments,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code,
• Maintain existing systems and contribute to continuous improvement efforts,
• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions,
• Participate in code review processes and ensure coding standards are followed,
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary optimizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience,
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.),
• Experience with writing tests (unit test, integration test),
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask.
