Senior Python Developer

We’re Hiring: Senior Python Developer

At Gini Talent , we are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join one of our international projects.

We are looking for an experienced Python developer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, AI agents, and Microsoft Azure .

Key Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and solid software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Foundry for rapid prototyping and demos
• Experience building solutions with modern LLMs and agent frameworks , such as LangGraph, AutoGen, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
• Strong knowledge of NLP and Generative AI , including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, embeddings, rerankers, and model evaluation
• Strong architectural skills across data, model, and application layers
• Clear understanding of trade-offs, risks, and compliance considerations in AI systems
• Experience with tool/function calling and structured outputs for reliable integrations
• Practical exposure to major LLM providers and open-source models, including Azure OpenAI/OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and Mistral
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, and version control
