As part of our growing team, you will play an integral role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of our software products.
Your expertise in analyzing requirements, testing software, and implementing quality assurance processes will be vital in delivering products that meet both our technical standards and customer expectations. As a Software Analyst & QA Engineer, you will collaborate closely with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders to define test cases, develop test strategies, and execute manual and automated tests to ensure our products are of the highest quality.
Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand software requirements and create detailed test plans, cases, and strategies.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing of new features and applications to ensure high standards of quality.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
Identify, document, and track software bugs, ensuring effective communication of issues to developers and ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure proper coverage of user stories and use cases during testing.
Perform root cause analysis on defects and assist developers in troubleshooting issues.
Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements 1+ years of experience in software analysis and quality assurance for QA Engineer role OR
5+ years of experience for Lead QA Engineer position Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, Postman, etc.) is a huge plus.
Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and frameworks is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of database systems and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
Experience with version control tools such as Git.
Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with development teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
