• Credit Card Rewards Calculator: Problem: Users struggled to understand the financial value of their loyalty points due to complex banking formulas.

My Action: Designed an interactive simulation tool that translates complex earning logic into an intuitive, visual preview - helping users instantly calculate their monthly/yearly gains.

• Fraud Prevention & Trust UX: Problem: High-stress security alerts caused user anxiety and confusion during potential fraud events.

My Action: Architected an end-to-end notification journey and clear visual hierarchy focused on building trust, guiding users step-by-step to secure their accounts safely.

• Inclusive & Accessible Form UX: Problem: The existing application flow had high cognitive load and accessibility barriers for a diverse user base.

My Action: Redesigned the request forms with accessibility-first principles (WCAG), lowering cognitive friction and simplifying user input.

• Innovation & Intellectual Property: Impact: Developed unique, market-leading product mechanisms resulting in 2 utility patents and 16 registered design patents.
