I currently live down a wooded lane in an Old Watermill, surrounded by fields and farmland, which I enjoy as I love the outdoors. I have a passion for animals and wildlife, due to my time in Africa, which is the reason I chose to live in the countryside. I have a 25-year-old daughter who is currently studying her Doctorate in Classics at university, and I live on my own with two very friendly cats.
My interests include reading, travelling, meeting new people and trying new things. For the last 18 years I have been running my own tutoring business and am looking to take on a new role alongside this, whereby I can develop further skills and interact with the people and community in which I live. I am an honest, outgoing and cheerful person, who thrives on helping others, which is reflected in my work in education for most of my working life.
