- Responsible for all project progress (MV-HV, retrofit, GIS), start from kick off meeting to the end.

- Identifying the opportunity for contract variation orders and management of variation process and claims for and against the Company within the project context.
- Preparation of Project Reviews at Business and Sector level as appropriate (eg. Monthly Project Reviews and Sector Project Reviews) in accordance with GE project management procedures.
- Constantly monitoring and reporting the necessary project key performance indicators (KPI). Contributing to, implementing and monitoring the Project Quality Plan, Procedures, and EHS Plan. Ensuring best compliance with specification and Corporate directives.
- Foresee costs & margins at completion, Identify cost discrepancies.
- Defining a Risk, Savings and Opportunity Management Plans. Constantly updating and reviewing the plans. Evaluating and deciding on actions that benefit the overall performance of the projects.
- Manage project acceptance.
- Reporting to the Project Advisory Board and Management.
- All activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
