Mert Balun

As a recent graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, I have consistently sought to enhance both my technical skills and problem-solving abilities, particularly in circuit design, embedded systems, and signal processing. My experience spans both hardware and software, allowing me to approach engineering challenges with a comprehensive perspective. Active participation in various projects has strengthened my analytical thinking and ability to develop efficient and reliable electronic systems.

With a strong foundation in both hardware and software, I am eager to take on challenges in circuit design, embedded development, and system integration.

Electronics Intern at Alp Aviation (2023-07 – 2023-08)

During my internship at ALP Havacılık's R&D and Design departments, I gained practical experience with STM32 microcontrollers, PLC systems, and electrical design using EPLAN. I also learned basic electronic filtering techniques and gained exposure to both R&D and manufacturing processes within the aerospace industry.

Software Developer Intern at Softtech (2024-08 – 2024-09)

During my internship in the Continuous Improvement department at Softtech, I gained valuable work experience and received training on software technologies and fintech. Additionally, I developed a sample application called MemoHub, using.NET for the backend and Vue.js for the frontend. This project allowed me to gain hands-on experience in these technologies while also learning about RESTful APIs through practical implementation.
